“This place is absolutely amazing!”
Reviewed July 10, 2013

I actually ate here today at the recommendation of a friend. So amazing! I ordered one of their specials with chicken and create your own tacos. The chicken is by far the best I've ever tasted! The staff are super friendly! I even tried fried plantains for the first time, and they were excellent! The best part? Price! A plate of delicious food for $8-10 dollars. Would recommend this as a must!

“Totally atypical, but delicious”
Reviewed July 2, 2013

The food choices were varied and included a lot of dishes you normally don't see in Mexican restaurants. I think they pull dishes from throughout Latin American, not just Mexico. When I came in I was overheated from sightseeing and the weather and ordered the Aguas de Orchata, Jamaica y Tamarindo. It was the most delicious, refreshing drink I have EVER had. Just that was worth going for. However, the food was delicious and I ate every morsel. It may not be an obvious choice for the Outer Banks, but you'll miss something good if you pass it by for another seafood restaurant.

Very tasty and unusual dishes not expected at a Mexican restaurant, prepared well and served with a smile.

“Have Dinner Here”

Very unassuming from the outside but dinner was excellent. We had Shrimp and the FIsh Tacos. Both were excellent. Very friendly staff.
