Description: CERALDI offers a new dining experience on the Wellfleet waterfront. Critically acclaimed Chef Michael Ceraldi creates a 7-course nightly menu, crafted from the season's finest and freshest locally sourced and foraged ingredients. The beautiful Wellfleet waterfront atmosphere allows for a convivial and relaxed atmosphere, where all diners enjoy sitting at the chef's table.

Ceraldi's has a simple sophistication to be much appreciated. There are 2 seatings. We choose the 8pm seating. After everyone is seated and enjoying their wine or drink, the Chef comes out and tells about the set menu for that evening, not only is everything local, you are also given the conscious reason of why, which I greatly appreciated the care to the environment. Timing was on point and when it was over the restaurant cleared at its natural pace and the wonderful experience ended. I look forward to having a Ceraldi experience again.

Four three hours+ we sampled 7 courses of carefully prepared foods. Some were only one or two bites, others like the corn chowder, ravioli, salad and striped bass were 5 or 6 mouthfuls. Each were paired with an appropriate taste of wine equivalent to 2 and half complete pours. Those with the two bites we were wanting more to insure we had tasted all the flavors meticulously described by the chef for that item.Like the tomatoes he described at length at being picked that morning but we could hardly tell they were topping the oyster. The desert was delicious but was disproportionately large. We were at the second seating which started at eight thirty. The wait staff were very good at explaining the food and wine flavors and shared the room so we got to be served by all. One waiter could have cleaned up a bit more before work. He looked like he was in serious need of a bath. All in all Michael Ceraldi is a talented chef and it is a nice way to spend an evening with friends.
We would however like the smaller items to be at least twice the size and the dessert smaller.

We had late seating. The staff could not be more inviting. The chef came out and explained each course in detail before dinner. My wife didn’t care for one of the courses and so they rushed to make her something different for that course!! Very caring and detailed.
Be sure to go and visit! Very, very unique event!!! Cheers!

Located near the pier in Wellfleet, Ceraldi offers a fantastic fixed-price, seven course tasting menu ($77/person) with available wine pairings (either $33/person or $85/person) or a soft beverage pairing (~20/person). The menu changes daily based on available locally sourced ingredients. Presentation was amazing, taste was amazing. Also, we finished our meal just in time to catch the sunset over Jeremy's Point.

Chef Michael Ceraldi does a fixed price seven course menu. It changes 100% every night as he creates a menu after sourcing the local produce, fish and meat in the morning at Farmer's Markets. Beautiful to look at, and even better to eat, every dish is a unique experience accompanied by the Chef's "rap" at the beginning of the meal giving you the details of the ingredients. Don't miss out, reserve early.
