“Quintessential Cape Cod beach experience and great food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 28, 2012

This restaurant, nestled into a high dune above the Atlantic, is on the site of a historic lifesaving station. The excellent food (creamy light chowder, local oysters and clams, onion rings, grilled tuna) was matched by a joyous crowd enjoying the day and the site. We watched seals cavorting in the surf afterward from the parking lot!

“Favorite nachos!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 27, 2012

These were probably the best nachos we have ever had! Our entrees were very good as well. Super casual and fun. Not the cleanest place as far as appearance but the food was great!

“Hot Spot!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 27, 2012

Great location, good food and memorable specialty drinks! It's usually crowded, with limited seating at the bar outside, and parking is difficult. Go early! Don't hike down to the beach if you have a heart condition! Have fun!

“Great food Not so great timing”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2012

The food is great! The drinks fantastic! But the policy policy of kicking you out between acts is horrid. You have to plan you meal around when they are going to send you out. Since their are often 2 bands at night they charge separate cover for the two bands. Instead of giving you a wrist band and letting you finish your meal they tell you that they are closing and pretty much wait for you to leave. Not a very relaxing environment for dinner! My advise go for lunch and skip dinner by going elsewhere!
