Description: Dixie Crossroads has been serving great tasting seafood, char-grilled steaks, prime rib, chicken, fresh salads and their famous corn fritters since 1983. The menu features the very best local shrimp and fish from Port Canaveral and ranges from low cost sandwiches and baskets to high end seafood combos. Themed rooms and an air conditioned gazebo with a bar can accommodate groups of all sizes. Kids (and adults) enjoy feeding the fish and turtles in the outside pond.

Our family has been here many times. The seafood is the freshest. The rockshrimp are like mini lobsters. Love the corn fritters you get as you sit down. They are evil- because they are filling and you could make a meal of those. Finish it off with key lime pie. Delicious!!! May seem pricey to some but the quality is worth every penny. Oh and the women's room is a hoot. Must see!

I was with a small group that had made a reservation for 5:30. Several of us got there a few minutes early and asked to be seated. We were rudely told that no one could be seated until our entire party was there and that our reservation was for 5:30, not 5:20! So we stood in the foyer and waited until 5:35 and even then they didn't want to seat us because one was not there yet.
My dinner was about room temp., not very warm. The salmon was tasteless and the baked potato was cold and not done. My companion had Shrimp Linguini. There were very few shrimp and a huge amount of pasta. Prices have gone up considerably and quality has gone down. I will say that our servers were great! Fast, considerate, friendly. This used to be a great restaurant but I will probably not go back.

Dinner may cost up to $50 per person. I remember this place when prices were much lower and there was all-you-can-eat Rock Shrimp, but those days are over. The only all-you-can-eat shrimp is regular medium and small shrimp. The Royal Reds are delicious, and they have other items that are just as good. I recommend this place, but bring a fat wallet.

If you are traveling the Space Coast, this is a must stop destination. The rock shrimp are out of this world and there are plenty of other seafood choices, too. Service is always excellent. Prices aren't too bad and you can't make a bad selection.

This dessert is a true southern dish. Mmm Mmm. The service was exceptionally good, food was delicious and that pie was so rich it should be in it's own tax bracket. And it was free because it was our anniversary.
