“Tired Of "Southern Cooking"?”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 23, 2014

There's nothing wrong with Southern cooking but sometimes enough is enough. Titusville is very fortunate to have a truly excellent Vietnamese restaurant in their town. We saw the reviews in tripadvisor, and said "Vietnamese in Titusville, you've got to be kidding".
We,my wife and I, tried it and we loved it.
I have eaten Vietnamese cooking in Boston, Washington D.C., and New York. This restaurant's food rivals the best I have eaten. The Saigon Pho, Vietnamese soup, was excellent. My wife had the Bo Luc Lac, top sirloin steak in a black pepper sauce, delish. We also had Summer rolls and VietRiver rolls, with peanut sauce and fish sauce respectively. The ingredients were fresh tasting and wonderful.
The server was attentive and knowledgeable. The owner visited tables to be sure all was well. The Margaritas, yes the Margaritas were great.
If you're visiting Titusville or live there, you need to try this restaurant, love it and support it by eating there.

“Best surprise of Titusville”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 21, 2014 via mobile

This is THE BEST surprise of Titusville. If you think this is another "chinese" restaurant, you are SOOO WRONG. This is the freshest, most flavorful, filled with exotic and yummy spices, large portions vietnamese goodness you will ever taste. Everything had special ingredients to take you to another level, from the 11 spices in the Pho noodle soup to even a twist of cinamon in margaritas. By the way, don't be fooled by the word soup.. that dish is a HUGE bowl full of meat and noodles - a main course in its own right. The owner, Tuan Le will personally mix drinks for you and tell as much as you want to know about the traditional recipes used by him (and forgotten by most modern vietnamese restaurants). Went the first time and couldn't wait to take my wife there the following week. YOU CAN'T LEAVE TITUSVILLE WITHOUT MAKING A STOP HERE... A MUST EXPERIENCE!!

“Authentic Vietnamese”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 17, 2014

Best authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Brevard county. Fresh food to fit a healthy lifestyle. Owner cares about his customers experiencing the real culture. I’ve been to other Vietnamese restaurants in town, but they all are fusion type restaurants that offer combinations of Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese. You never know what you’re gonna get at these places. Recommend the Pho Saigon, Lemongrass Chicken and Seafood fried rice. Oh, they also have Boba drinks. Yum and healthy. Recommend the Taro Boba.

“Brand new”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 15, 2014

We were there the first day they served, pre-grand opening. They were all mixed up and service was crazy. Food we got, while not what we ordered, was delicious. We are back in town and plan to give them another try soon.

Only problem, I was given a big ceramic spoon to eat with. I had a big bowl of soup with all kinds of things on the side to put into it including some fairly large pieces of meat. When I grabbed someone to ask the method of eating, they just brought me a knife and fork, so I am no wiser. It was good though!

“Great food, attentive service!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 15, 2014

Four of us ate here for lunch last week. We were looking for something a bit different in food rather than the usual Florida seafood - foodies is what we all are. We ate a bit on the late side for lunch 2:00 p.m. so it was very quiet with few customers. As we passed by the other customers, note was taken of the bowls of Pho on several tables. Two of our party ordered the Saigon Pho lunch special - more food than one could eat - 2 small spring rolls with the bowl, along with all the side accompaniments one expects. for Pho. Many compliments given. The other two of us ordered noodle dishes - barbecued pork for one and grilled shrimp for the other. These dishes came with the noodles, cilantro, lettuce, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers and two sauces to mix in. Very nice dishes. We had a very attentive waiter and a young woman (owner?) stopped by to tell us about the preparation of the food and both checked to be sure that we didn't need anything. We certainly didn't need any more food. All dishes were very generous. Each cost $10-12. We felt this was very good Vietnamese food, surpassing ones we had eaten at in the Northeast.
