Owner description: A museum dedicated to the Space Workers of the Canaveral Spaceport who built the rockets and launch pads that allowed the US to reach the Moon, and send probes to the outer planets. Many of the artifacts in the museum are simply on "long term loan" by those now retired space workers.

very interesting and educative, it's dedicated to preserving the history of the U. S. space program. I advice everybody to go there and bringing your kids with you!

I'd actually read of this museum in a newspaper article in Atlanta several months back, so I knew to look for it. Don't be fooled. The exterior pictures in the description here are of a nearby park, not the museum. The museum's a storefront operation just around the corner and down a block from the Brevard County Historical Museum. There are personal items from astronauts as well as other space workers, and there are artifacts you'll not see anywhere else. Try it. It's a non-profit run by volunteers, and, while free, donations are gladly accepted. My wife and I are both glad we came.

For a little non-profit locally run museum great little treasure. The volunteer was informative cheerful and helpful. the souvenir's were bargains compared to other places and also unique to your run of the mill cheap made stuff.

The guide, Mr. Pete, could answer all questions as he had worked on the space program and personally explained to my techie husband and son many questions. I enjoyed the early style origninal computer room. I enjoyed the space suits (including the Russian one).
