I stumbled on this gem of a Mexican restaurant a few months ago and have made it a "tradition" of eating there once a week. Not a big deal if I was a local, but it's a 45 minute drive for me.
Here's why I make such a pilgrimage so frequently: the food is authentic Mexican fare. Never drowned in cheese and sauce. Never overcooked and "salty."
Portions are huge.
I recommend the Deluxe Chicken Burrito, the Chalupa and the Mexican Pizza. And I'm slowly working my way through the rest of the menu. Wish me luck.
