The Kennedy Space Center is filled with hands on, experiential and visual experiences suited for everyone. The Space Program is explained both with actual artifacts from space flights and rockets and capsules, but is interpreted visually, in written word and through a mixed audio/visual media.
The site is expansive, holds a variety of exhibits and buildings dedicated to space exploration. The area is easy to maneuver, tours given, buses take visitors to inaccessible areas for viewing and enjoyment. There are areas to relax in the shade, have a bite to eat, sit and enjoy cool beverages. If you want board your pet while on the site, there are air conditioned , individual kennels available that are monitored and more importantly, they are free. (My dog had a great time, mixing and mingling with the others who were there.
Strong recommendation for worth your entrance fee. I will return time and time again to the Center and also to the area.More
