Good but not good

1.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Jul 6, 2019
Price was good but looks like half of the rooms were not available. When you pay for a room with two queen beds. You walk into a room with a table and a tv, that doesn't work.looks like it was a room with a extra bed, or couch but took it out and left nothing. Company website chained early check in butt was not able to do so.

For the price of the room you pay it is not worth it. The Rooms are severely outdated and ran down. you have to pay roughly 20 dollars a day for parking on-site. A good comparison would be staying at a Motel 6 in a bad neighborhood

I do not recommend this hotel. The check in was long, tedious and the guest services person was poorly spoken and very unhelpful. The room was dirty and smelly,
I won't belabor the nitpicky points - grubby towels etc. No manager on duty.
This is altogether a nasty hotel and I do not recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are very dated and have a heavy smell of cleaning chemicals. Linens and towels are old and show it. Even though our parking was in a secured area, we still did not feel safe because of the homeless situation directly outside of the gate. The staff was friendly.

Rooms filthy dirty and beatup furniture. Wyndham is a brand I thought i could trust, especially since their name is part of the hotel chain name. The dirty carpet turned my feet black and then my socks black. I cleaned my feet with a white towel to show management how dirty the rooms really were. Stay away.

The frontal view of this hotel is very inviting but the rest of the property needs to have serious upgrades.
The check-in area was quite pleasant and the staff was very courteous and helpful with directions and so on.
The construction design of the buildings requires guests to enter the rooms from an outdoor hallway. The outdoor elevator for getting to the upper floors had an entry area that was very messy and the elevator was service worn on the inside. Getting into our third-floor room was quite challenging as the door-handle didn't work as expected at first. The carpeting showed signs of much wear, the bathtub had a soft spot in the middle suggesting that a bad job was done in the installation of a new tub over an original one, and lastly, the ceiling fan was blowing out a lot of black stuff onto the toilet and the floor. We moved to another room. The bedding was comfortable and the linens were always clean and fresh. There are restaurants and shopping plazas in close proximity which can be reached by walking.
