Not very good ,

This property needs a major remodel and parking is a joke. At night too many homeless people not good for children. Carpet was dirty and bathroom was leaking. Front desk was not staffed at times no one would answer the phone

One staff employee (didn’t catch name - white female, late twenties/mid thirties) had bad attitude after I questioned the different rate she gave me vs my booked rate. I asked her if I could speak with her manager since she didn’t want to reason, she said the manager would tell me the same using a confrontative tone. Uncomfortable pillows felt like pillow cases stuffed with laundry instead of plush. Room ventilation was humid and uncomfortable, and it wasn’t even hot outside (cool and rainy day). Beds were moist from shower humidity, no ventilation in joint room defeats purpose of double suite. Water pressure extremely low. No housekeeping after requested to return twice. Once to housekeeping directly and the second at front desk. My baby’s diapers were overflowing. I needed to stay a third night, had to check out after second and found a way better hotel and rate $60 lower for night three at Town and Country. But inconveniently had to pack up and check out with a baby. Only pleasant experience was the man at checkout gave me a $25 Manager discount. He had a nice attitude. No one else really seemed to care much, maybe it’s the limitations they get themselves from Hilton since every excuse was that Hilton changes rates often.

Happy with the hotel! We are in a junior suite...it's clean, comfortable and we feel safe.
Will absolutely be returning next time we're in San Diego.
Brian was our check-in clerk and was very helpful and friendly! ☺

Recently stayed at Wyndam Garden San Diego Near SeaWorld. Room was very bare - 2 beds but no place to sit - no chair, no table, no desk, no couch, no breakfast. Spoke to front desk. No chairs or desks were available on the property but finally at 10:30 p.m. maintenance brought a chair from the front office & a table from somewhere. I was unable to work, eat, or do anything else sitting down. Room was expensive - very disappointing!

If you're getting a junior suite, don't waste your time or money. I stayed in room 404 after I requested to be moved from 403 in building D. Both rooms were filthy and gross feeling. We found dead roaches in room 403 and asked to be moved. The floors were so dirty i didn't take my shoes off. Bed was uncomfortable and squeaked every time I moved. If you have young kids and plan to stay in the room due to the bunkbeds...you're better off getting a basic room for less. But avoid this hotel if you can. Only good thing about this hotel was location.

I would not stay here again. We had to enter our room through a road where homeless people were and it was filled with trash and debris. Rooms had a bad odor. Ac didn’t work properly. Carpet was nasty.
