One staff employee (didn’t catch name - white female, late twenties/mid thirties) had bad attitude after I questioned the different rate she gave me vs my booked rate. I asked her if I could speak with her manager since she didn’t want to reason, she said the manager would tell me the same using a confrontative tone. Uncomfortable pillows felt like pillow cases stuffed with laundry instead of plush. Room ventilation was humid and uncomfortable, and it wasn’t even hot outside (cool and rainy day). Beds were moist from shower humidity, no ventilation in joint room defeats purpose of double suite. Water pressure extremely low. No housekeeping after requested to return twice. Once to housekeeping directly and the second at front desk. My baby’s diapers were overflowing. I needed to stay a third night, had to check out after second and found a way better hotel and rate $60 lower for night three at Town and Country. But inconveniently had to pack up and check out with a baby. Only pleasant experience was the man at checkout gave me a $25 Manager discount. He had a nice attitude. No one else really seemed to care much, maybe it’s the limitations they get themselves from Hilton since every excuse was that Hilton changes rates often.
