“Makes you love healthy food”
Reviewed October 19, 2012

The food is so delicious and healthy. I GO SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY. With some work you can find a nutrition and ingredients list. There are always low salt low fat choices and taste nearly as good as their high fat high salt standard American fare. Don't be mislead by the name, there is something for everyone. Even if your kids hates salads and veg they have better mac and cheese and pizza than they'll likely have ever had before and put anything you want on a baked potato. One price for everything except drinks. Then they just might start to have fun with the tempting presentation of salads and veg. Only problem is this place can be addicting. Exceptionally clean....well above the average restaurant. They go to ertremes, you can tell, to have fresh ingredients in their salads and soups. I used to go just for their homemade chicken soup, with large pieces of fresh chicken and large homemade noodles. Roderick Stansbery

“Not as good as it used to be”
Reviewed August 19, 2012

This is for the location on Mission Gorge. Have been going there for years. Quality is sliding. Specialty salads just not as good. Even soups seem to be not as tasty. Also carpeting needs cleaning and all the tables always are a bit grimy. But if does give you a good salad bar with all the extras.

“Buffet that runs hot and cold”
Reviewed May 15, 2012

Depending on what day you get there you can experience some distinct differences. If you are fortunate the salad ingredients are fresh and the soups are hot and tasty. Some days the salad ingredients are mushy and soups are watery with minimal substantive ingredients. Hope you get there on a day when things are working properly as well. For example the frozen yogurt machine or the pizza or muffin ovens. I have experienced good and bad here.
