We went on long weekend. Rates were good. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness was good.
everything went smooth - a good value for money.
Receptionists were helpful throughout all 4 nights we were there...
Thank you the compliments for the staff are always great to hear, we train regularly and this will be brought up in our meeting. We appreciate your business and hope you return.
I was in San Diego on a last minute trip over Memorial Day Weekend. Most hotels were fully booked, so I had a hard time finding a place to stay. I happened on the Ramada Inn Airport and they had one Non-Smoking room left. So, I stayed.
The hotel is tired and the decor is old. The room was less than perfect. The bed was worn and although it was passable, it was not the most comfortable bed I've slept on. I opened the refrigerator to put some bottles of water inside, and the door came off in my hand. There was a table in the room, but it was too high to comfortably use a computer at that height.
The bathroom was clean with a tub-shower combination that was adequate. The room was clean, but the carpet was stained and the sheets were old.
The hotel rooms have "window air-conditioners". The one in a room near mine sounded like a propeller driven airplane on take-off roll. It was loud, rumbling and very annoying.
Breakfast was included with the room. The continental breakfast was pretty poor. Sugary cereals, weak coffee, tiny pieces of fruit. The waffles looked good, but I didn't eat them.
We appreciate your feedback, our hotel is an older hotel but very upgraded, we were full and you must have received one of our last rooms that are generally reserved for the construction crews use. This is no excuse and we are very sorry that you were not satisfied, Our pictures are reflective and as far as the fridge door falling off, we do our best to keep everything in working condition, I am sure you let the front desk know and we have already rectified the situation. Again we apoligize for any inconvenience.
