I arrived at the restaurant just a few minutes before 10, but the place remained busy throughout my stay. Friendly staff, and fantastic sushi. I went with a very traditional yellowtail roll, with salmon and scallop nigiri. Wonderful, flavorful, and tender all around. The sake was absolutely perfect complement to the roll and especially the pickled ginger. I also very much appreciated the rocks provided at each place setting for a bit of meditation and reminders of wabi sabi in the midst of a very flashy and trendy tourist area.
