First, the heat is not working in the room. So I attempt to call by pushing the guest services button on the phone, but I get a busy signal, so I press 0. They send someone up who messes with the heat. I go eat dinner. When I come back, it is the same temp in the room, which is set to 85, but it's still 65. I call front desk, but no answer. So I walk to the front desk to tell them the issue. They call maintenance, but get no answer, so I ask for another room. (Why do I need to ask?). The send me to pack my things and come back for another key. At least the new room is warmer, but the view sucks.
I report the issue to the operator, because the front desk doesn't answer the phone again. The manager, Daniella, calls back to apologize, and gives me some food/beverage and internet credits.
On the good side, the hotel has a shuttle from the airport.More
