This review is more about Shell/Wyndham than the actual hotel. I have to say that staff Alex, Dee, and Denise were more than kind with me. Shell is lucky to have them. The problem is that Shell/Wyndham is nickel and diming customers plus their telephone manager (Fernando) and agent (Jay) are horrible, condescending, and lastly, called the agents at Inn at the Park liars.
There is a new $56. housekeeping fee. I (unwillingly) paid it, but when I had to change rooms (I couldn't get the same room for a continual stay) they charged me the $56 fee again. I'm one person and not very messy. Please don't expect me to pay your housekeepers, minimum pay wage. Phone agent, Jay, told me that the fee information was in my contract from 2007. Good one. Manager, Fernando, told me that they can't waive the fee. What? You can do whatever you want, and the Inn at the Park agents said that Shell/Wyndham can call them for the waiving of fees.
