We stayed here after seeing what great reviews there were on Tripadvisor and after family members had stayed. It was a very nice, well maintained motel / hotel type facility. The largest structure is a 3 or 4 story motel style building with doors opening out onto balconies and sidewalk on the first floor. Breakfast was good w/ a great selection considering its included in the rate. A surprising pile of hardboiled eggs instead of the usual scrambled eggs but the make your own waffle station kind of made up for that. The only down sides to this place were the somewhat thin walls and ceilings. Crying baby next door was heard in the night and likely kiddies running / jumping around above. If we were to go again, and I think we will given the bargain - we'll be sure and try to book a top floor room or one of the cottage type facilities which are separate from the larger structure. I would also pack ear plugs. All in all a good spot as well despite being in an industrial area its well maintained and a very short walk to Old Town and the trolley.
