this is the first coffee house you see while walking from Fourpoint shereton on 1st ave to little italy. They do not open until 7:00AM they do not serve white mochas i guess cuz its not italianThe coffee that i picked up for my friends that stayed at the hotel was not as good as the coffee they peviously had at the hotel.Papplecco has a beautiful case of food and pastries .the bread for the breakfast sandwich is home made everything is home made except for the cannelonis and one other thing that i forgot. the price for the breakfast sandwich was under 5$. i would recommend this place for the food.

This rating is specifically on coffee and the customer service I received here. This place is an excellent cafe. I came here to get some work done. They have free Wifi and I can tell that the food here is also excellent because this place was packed! Next time, I gotta come back to try the food. The service was quick and excellent! Everyone was super friendly and all the staff seem to speak perfect Italian! The coffee was also phenomenal. All in all, I will be back.

Beware the line, but it is worth the wait. The staff is cool, personable, efficient.

I have eaten a lot of gelato (US & Italy) and don't recall ever tasting any so creamy as I sampled here. I found a medium size cup was too much for me.

I had an espresso that was delightfully rich and distinctively smoky flavored.

Sandwiches and pizzas were popular too, but I didn't sample any.

It sounded like Italian movie music. That helped the wait. The outdoor seating was a pleasant place to hang out at.

We stopped by here wanting to try a new gelato place beside Chocolat.

Small shop with Gelato and some pastries and cookies.
Staff was great and the gelato was very rich. Very similar to Chocolat so if you are in the area you need to hit this place.

Outside seating and some inside too.

Amazing place; it's like you've entered a coffee and pastry shop in Italy. Well done, Pappalecco...

Not a lot of room in this small place, but even on a Saturday morning found a place to sit. During the week, finding a table is never a problem.

Eclectic place for sure, and certainly the un-Starbucks of Little Italy.
