I was resting in San Diego at the Embassy Suites and was surprised by the excellence of the housecleaning staff. Very professional and attentive. I travel often and stay at 5 star hotels and you become accustomed to the high level of detail from the staff. This week I was introduced to Cristina Olvera. She was prepared to clean my room and when I mentioned I was doing a late check out she responded very professionally and made feel as if I was in a 5 Star Hotel! Good job management team for your diligence in training your team!
