The location was great, price was reasonable, but the building is definitely outdated, with a lousy parking lot. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, but the breakfast room is too small. For the price I paid it was worth it.

The hotel looked great on the outside. The hotel located Right next to the freeway for easy travel and not being on many busy surface streets unless I wanted to be but was still quiet. Great food options really close. Spacious parking.

Staff was pleasant but the room was not as clean and fresh feeling as other Best Western Hotels we have stayed at. Carpet was dirty and the room had anunpleasant air freshener smell. Towels are very thin.

Staff was unable to find my reservation and then charge me a different rate that I was given upon booking the stay. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service upon arrival and check out. Won’t be staying at this location again.

We had wonderful experience at this hotel. It started when we made group arrangements several months in advance to the day we checked out. We truly felt like we were the most important guests in the hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was wonderful with many different options including gluten free options. The price was very reasonable.

The hotel was overpriced at $200/night. You're paying for the location. Rooms need to be updated. Breakfast was less than par; soggy eggs and burnt coffee. The elevator was a bit sketchy and the permit hung inside the elevator was expired. Our room was very noisy as well. We could hear the elevator and the ice machine being used all night.

We will go over this review with our breakfast room staff. Also, the city is almost a year behind in mailing out the permits. We are also scheduled for a full renovation this November.
