Overall the experience was great at this hotel, except for the breakfast. too crowded, ran out of some foods and extreme chaos. We would like to single out three employees, Dillan (shuttle driver) Victor (shuttle driver) and Angelica (front desk). They all went above and beyond helping the guests. All three are definitely assets to your hotel.

As of July 1, their check-in/out times changed, and that was not stated on their website (nor did the org. we used to book the room know this) when we booked our stay there last week. I know this may be the busy season, but they really need to get their act together. Communication was poor between the desk and shuttle drivers, as well as between the reps at the desk (I'm directing that to you, Allisen). Maid service did not visit until late in the afternoon one day (close to their quitting time of 4:00 p.m.). The breakfast buffet needs to be expanded and more organized. Paper coupons - really? Just check key cards to see if someone belongs there. Most of staff were really nice, but again - they KNOW this is busy season. Get it together!

Room Tip: Avoid peak season here! Also: try to check in later in the day, if you can. 4:00 is mayhem there!

There is a "free" breakfast, but their breakfast rooms can only handle about 20 percent of their turnover. Long lines, kids screaming, empty juice machines, sticky hands on all the bagels - a total madhouse, with Spongebob LOUD on the TV to add to the chaos. This place won't save you money in what you get out of breakfast, because after one time, you will pay anything to be fed in some other fashion.

The maid service was excellent on day one. By day three, our trash can had yet to be cleared, we ran out of toilet paper and we did not get the complimentary coffee or fresh towels. I had to go down to the desk for coffee and TOILET PAPER.

The bunk beds [both upper and lower] only hold up to 100 lbs, according to the warning signs on them, which is not stated on their site, so book it and put your kids in there at your own risk. The beds only had one thin camp blanket each - no duvet or anything. We had to, yep, ask at the front desk for additional blankets.

Also, the upper bunk safety rail is MAYBE 2 inches higher than the mattress, so smaller kids [the ones under 100 lbs.] may not be safe sleeping up there anyway.

The thermostats on the air/heat were wonky, so the room drops and raises 15 degrees every few hours.

Housekeeping came by and knocked on our door before 8 two mornings in a row, waking some of our later risers, without apology or explanation.

Upon arival was very busy and lines everywhere. Didnt know where we needed to be and was not acknowledge at all. During check in though a wonderful staff member was so helpful I wish I could remember her name she deserves praise. She answered all questions and helped with everything. When we reached our room it was very nice and spacious. The next day after our arrival we left for the day out when we got back you could see house keeping had been there because bed was made but nothing more was done. As we continued with our stay which was a week the room dust and dirt got worse from being tracked in from the kids. The floors in bathroom and sink area kept getting more noticible dirt. I think housekeeping needs some rework for sure. As for breakfast was busy almost always and the food never changed was always the same. The eggs were dry the sausage was just gross. Bread was good.
It is in the perfect location for beaches, parks, old town, and sea world. I would have loved if it was just kept up cleanliness wise. I also wish that when you called for pillows or blankets it was brought quicker change house keeping and it will get all 5.

The location was great to the beaches, airport, belmont park etc.. The only thing I did not like is that we were charged for parking and if you park on the street it's free and we wasnt aware of that.
