First off we paid a little over $50 so what do you expect? Well situated on Hotel Circle so close to Old Town and vast shopping complex. Our room was old and small and smelt of toilet cleaner on entering. Noisy from above, plumbing, neighbours, road and bathroom fan.Coffee maker and iron in room, small fridge no microwave. On arrival we were pre authorised on card like other reviewer so care if maxed out. Drew map showing room location but did not confirm details of booking i.e. two nights. Has pool and gym, not tested. Restaurant on site more diner style. Ample parking. Probably need to drive for good restaurant choice.
Overall, happy but don't go if you want luxury.

This is a frustrating hotel; it's OK, but with minimal effort it could be so much better.

The basic amenities are fine; the room was clean; the wifi and TV worked, and the bar was open. All good, right?

No...upon check-in, they add a $ 75 block to your credit card, and say it'll stay from 5-7 business days. That's outrageous, and when I asked why, was told "people steal TV's from the rooms." If so, $ 75 doesn't cover a replacement (and they should rent to better people!). Short-sighted for them; I was going to book another night a few days later, but learned they'd block an additional $ 75...this is building customer loyalty?

On check-out, a guest was complaining that she had no hot water for 3 days...the front desk clerk's attitude was 'management cut back on maintainance." Lovely. Worse, the morning shuttle I'd booked and they reconfirmed the night before was cancelled as the van driver decided to help a family load suitcases into the van...

...at which point to desk clerk called me a taxi and had the hotel pay for it - a VERY generous gesture!

Like I said, a difficult review to write. I wonder if management knows just how hard it's employees work to keep the customers happy?

I picked this hotel because it was close to where i had a meeting and the price was reasonable for a 3 start hotel. The hotel is right off a major freeway but the rooms are fairly quiet as long as you're not facing the freeway and there was plenty of parking. The hotel needs a major remodel because it is outdated. The bed sheet was dirty! very disgusting

We have stayed at BW Seven Seas several times and are never disappointed. Love the pool/hot tub/ and workout area. The location is easily accessible to freeways. The cafe serves a pretty good breakfast. For the money, this motel is a great value! The landscaping with flowers and palm trees is lovely.

Room Tip: We prefer a room located near the pool.
