“Good comfort food. And lots of it!”
Reviewed February 10, 2013 via mobile

Perry's cafe is nothing fancy and you may wait a couple of minutes to be seated, but it is worth it. The food is good and there is plenty of it. Many items are house made, like their delicious salsa.I ate there on a busy weekend morning and all the staff still were very friendly and the service was good.

“Cheap and tasteless”
Reviewed January 12, 2013 via mobile

Service was ok. Wait was 30 mins on a weekday. It feels like being at the end of the line of a food factory. The egg dishes we had, even though the names and recipes were quite different, looked and tasted similar. Terrible salsa, would be ok if this place was in Iceland not 15 miles from Mexico.

“If you are to elderly to get there, SORRY NO FOOD FOR YOU”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

I have a elderly grandmother who has been going through cancer treatment. She barely eats and when she said she had a craving for Perry's. I drove across town to get her some of their food ,but When I got there i was told they dont do take outs on the weekends! Telling them my situation did nothing to sway them!

IF YOU ARE TO CRIPPLED TO GET THERE, TO BAD YOU CANT GET THEIR FOOD.

“Great Breakfast in San Diego”
Reviewed December 28, 2012 via mobile

Great food in a coffee shop that is always busy. Not for fancy, uppity types but if you want a quality breakfast with big portions that is consistently good, this is the place for you.
