“Best executtive course in San Diego”
Reviewed November 6, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

Probably the toughest little ex course in San Diego. Prices are always good and the course is always in good shape.

“Not Well Kept, Bring Lots of Extra Balls”
Reviewed October 3, 2013

My husband and I played this course while on vacation in San Diego. We would never play again. The course is in a canyon and is extremely tight. Not a big problem for me (handicap 28) because I hit fairly straight. However my husband (handicap 19) has a slice and was losing a ball on almost every hole when we started out. Not much fun. The course had some paved cart paths but a lot of dusty, dirt cart paths. We will find other places to play when on vacation in San Diego.

“tecolote a good place challenging course”
Reviewed June 26, 2006

A fun course to play but very tight. the holes are fairly short, tthis is compensated by the tight nature of the course and the wind coming through the canyon. A high hit ball will drift. The greens are good for an executive course, the tee boxes have just been redone and so are in good condition as well. This is a great course to walk as it is only 3000 yards in length. Bring extra balls especially if you have a slice, due to the narrow nature of the course it is easy to lose balls and all the rattlesnake warnings discourage any searching in the hills.
