“So peaceful.”
Reviewed October 8, 2013

Go for the view, it's astounding, can see right down onto the sub base below. Sunset is the time to be up there. The cemetery is beautiful.

“A great drive”
Reviewed October 5, 2013

Do the drive through La Jolla, Pacific Beach and then down through Ocean Beach through this cemetery - on the way to the Point Loma lighthouse. So much history here in this short area

“Looks a lot like Arlington”
Reviewed October 5, 2013

We had our picnic lunch with the dead in this beautiful place on top of a hill overlooking the water and San Diego. There's no activity but it's a nice place to visit. I wondered how many people are interred there. It's on both sides of the road and very large.

“A very emotional experience”
Reviewed October 4, 2013

The cemetary is very well maintained a with a beautiful view of the harbor below. It does give you much to think about with the military heroes buried there .

“Beautiful location!”
Reviewed October 4, 2013

When I'm in San Diego, I visit the cemetery. It's a very quiet and peaceful place overlooking the ocean and downtown San Diego.
