Bring your own pillows, shampoo and towels. Noise level horrible and had to call office 3 times in the middle of night. I expected a little more for the price of my stay, very disappointed. I asked for ground floor due to leg injury and made reservations well in advance to be placed on 2nd floor with no elevator.

We tried this hotel for the first time last week. It is one of the few that still offers free parking and a continental breakfast. The room was a decent size, and was quiet. We did experience some difficulty but our issues were resolved when we called the office. Nice exterior swimming pool. Warm waffles at breakfast was a treat.

Overall it was decent. Not the best but definitely NOT the worst.. Very conveniently located.. Shops, Stores, restaurants and SeaWorld all very close.. Rooms are old and outdated but breakfast was decent and not a mess.. Bagels, Toast, Cereal, fruit, yogurt and some pastry... An abundance of transients around so had to call police a few times as one lady started yelling prayers at my 7yr old and another man was looking into vehicles but other than that we had 0 problems...

Nala is an angel/great customer service. She made the stay wonderful for she seemed to truly care about us, the guest. The rest was pretty average. Location is good for many things you can walk to. Nice having refrigerator and microwave in room.

Stay was OK but if you like A/C make sure you ask for a cool room. Beds where nice. Breakfast was waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal most people don't eat, sweet rolls, oj and apple juice, coffe, hot chocolate, etc.
