Nala is an angel/great customer service. She made the stay wonderful for she seemed to truly care about us, the guest. The rest was pretty average. Location is good for many things you can walk to. Nice having refrigerator and microwave in room.

Stay was OK but if you like A/C make sure you ask for a cool room. Beds where nice. Breakfast was waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal most people don't eat, sweet rolls, oj and apple juice, coffe, hot chocolate, etc.

Room was humid at all times. Pillows sucked. The bed was hard. We had 4 people staying in our room but there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. We had to call front desk every day for towels. Annoying! Its it's true what they say you get what you pay for!

Stayed about a week. Very good perks at hotel.
- Free continental breakfast included and was very good. Included variety of pastries, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice, fruits, etc.
- free bus shuttle to and from airport. Service was prompt and on time. The driver (same, to /from airport) was nice and friendly.
- good value on the hotel shuttle to/from Seaworld.
- accommodated our room preference.
- safety box in room

Our room had a queen bed and sofa bed. No major issues in the room, everything working fine ... A/C, TV, internet. Sofa bed was a bit un-comfy. Carpets could use a good steam cleaning. Yes noise from airplanes but less flights late in the evenings. Had no problems sleeping. Staff was good. Within walking distance of a variety of eating places and on bus routes. Its not a fancy hotel but overall it met our needs.

Room tip: book in advance as much as possible to get a good rate

I booked this because of the airport shuttle. When flight arrived, called and staff said the shuttle doesn't run after 7:30 pm. Had to pay for a Lyft, very annoying. Walked to In--Out Burger which made me happy :). Room and property is shabby and worn and smelly, could really use updating. Have to pay extra for shuttle to Sea World. Thin walls. The staff was very nice they gave us a room on the ground floor so we didn't have to lug our luggage up stairs. Continental breakfast also has boiled eggs and yogurt, just your basic fare and yes the walls are super thin. Safe was locked and we could not open it or use it.

Rooms were not very clean. Breakfast was not the best. For the price you pay for the rooms it was not a good experience. There were blood stains on the skirts of the beds and on the carpet, the parking lot was small and hard to maneuver around, and it was in a bad area. The workers were very friendly, but other than that it was a very unpleasant experience.
