This ia a great fish and chip place by the water. We had the fish and chips and there were other fish dinners to pick as well. It is very informal by the water and the food and service is great. Was recommended by the hotel were staying at.

Nothing much new here just a fried fresh seafood McDonald's. Serving size plentiful and good and the Porter Beer was excellent. View of the marina from bench seating and an outdoor counter seating.

We went to Mitches for breakfast because the Vagabond next door where we were staying didn't offer much of a continental breakfast. Mitches serves the usual breakfast sandwiches, burritos, or eggs with toast, sausage, or bacon. The service was slow, though, but the servings were boutiful. They do not offer brewed decaf coffee. Good location with a view of the harbor. Prices were reasonable.

We stumbled on Mitch's after visiting Point Loma Seafoods, which was good but for fish tacos Mitch's is the best. Wish we had gone to Mitch's first.

Now we go to Mitch's every time we're in San Diego. Amazing fresh fish tacos at very reasonable prices, Usually at least 7 types of fish to choose from. Our favorites are the shrimp tacos. Prices are very reasonable but an even better deal is is Taco Tuesdays... shhh don't tell anyone I told you. Staff very friendly, even the cooks who you can see from the counter.

You can easily miss Mitch's, not much signage. It's on the harbor side of a plain brown two-story 50 yards along the frontage from Point Loma Seafoods. Don't miss it, You'll be hooked.

This place has great food and is very inexpensive. We had assorted seafood platters. It had fish and shrimp and calamari and a huge crab cake and tons of fries and coleslaw for $14.00. It's so nice to sit outside and watch all the pelicans flying around. We will be back as the food is great.
