“Hong Kong style traditional dim sum”
Reviewed March 4, 2013

Cling clang, metal carts, servers, long waits on weekends, large tables for families, packed just as you would expect for real Chinese dim sum. You pick the dish as hey roll by, they stamp, and when you think you re done, the bill gets tallied. Traditional hot tea, oolong. It is a great place for traditional fare and if you are a visitor wanting to show off your cultural insights.

“Enjoyable with plenty of options”
Reviewed February 14, 2013

Was there on a Saturday around 11:30am, the day before Chinese New Year celebration. I expected a long wait, but we waited only about ten minutes for a table of two. We must have been in a good location as a cart passed us almost every minute. My favorite dim sum was the vegetable dumpling. I usually look forward to the shrimp roll in the dim sum restaurant I frequent the most (Artesia), but here the dough was too loose and not great. Overall, though, we enjoyed our meal and will return, mostly likely mid-week when it's not so busy.

“Consistently Satisfying”
Reviewed October 21, 2012

This is the best resturant in town for traditional dim sum and a great variety of it as well. Like any good dim sum experience, it is best to go with a larger group so you can sample the greatest variety of dishes. Everything is fresh. Staff is attententive. If you go on the weekend and during lunch hour, be prepared to wait a bit, but it is well worth it.

“Quality and Variety at a reasonable price!”
Reviewed September 17, 2012

Our family normally frequents Jasmine at least once a month and the food, price and variety keep us coming back! We love the dumplings (Haw Gow, Siu Mai) as well as the bbq pork and peking duck. . .make sure you top the meal off with a couple of custard tarts and you are as close to nirvana as most humans get. . .yep, we love Jasmine!
