“Consistently Satisfying”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 21, 2012

This is the best resturant in town for traditional dim sum and a great variety of it as well. Like any good dim sum experience, it is best to go with a larger group so you can sample the greatest variety of dishes. Everything is fresh. Staff is attententive. If you go on the weekend and during lunch hour, be prepared to wait a bit, but it is well worth it.

“Quality and Variety at a reasonable price!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 17, 2012

Our family normally frequents Jasmine at least once a month and the food, price and variety keep us coming back! We love the dumplings (Haw Gow, Siu Mai) as well as the bbq pork and peking duck. . .make sure you top the meal off with a couple of custard tarts and you are as close to nirvana as most humans get. . .yep, we love Jasmine!

“Not very great”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 11, 2012

So I went here July 8, 2012 and did not have a great experience. Not very bad either. When I came into the restaurant it took a long time to get seated. Then I ordered chicken here. I waited a long time to eat. While waiting I tried fried calamari and it was ok. Then chicken arrived. It was good, I liked it. At the end I felt a little sick, as my stomach felt hurt a little. I felt it hurting for about four hours. Overall, it wasn't great but it was ok.

“Best Dim Sum in San Diego”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 5, 2012 via mobile

Jasmine has it-I don't get the low stars but maybe the ridonculous coddled crowd expects something other than an authentic experience? Anyhoo-solid food and good to excellent service depending on the day and time. Loves Alice, Michael, Andy etc.
Best picks: Salt n Pepper Lobster, Chinese Broc with Garlic Sauce, Long Beans w/ dried Shrimp, Shrimp & Chive Dumpling, SeaWeeeed Salad, Peking Duck 2 ways,
Filet w/ Aspargus, Beef Rib, Baby Dragon Dumpling, Scallop (Steamed) Dumpling, Curry Chick Dumpling, Baked or
Steamed Pork Bun, ALL Gooood.

“Disappointing”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 27, 2012

I have had had many good dinners at Jasmine but the last time was really disappointing The tablecloth was dirty. The service was sporadic. The food was very ordinary and expensive. Walnut shrimp was as usual the best dish.
