Horrible experience. Buffet is advertised until 2.30 pm. We arrived at 2.28 pm because we were running a bit late after encountering a police road block nearby and doors were already closed. They opened to see who were we and turned us away saying we were late. Hosts at counter very rude. Zero customer service quality and just plain rudeness and lack of understanding after we told them we drove 14 miles to experience the buffet, which is overpriced at $13 anyway. We had never experienced this low level of friendliness and lack of tact and common sense at a restaurant .
