Just returned from a 2 night stay. Cab ride is about $12. I arrived at 10AM, but I was able to check in and refresh before going to get brunch. Check in was easy and quick. Had a room on the 5th floor on the convention side. There was some construction on that side in the day, so it was not a big deal, but I did notice that there was ear plugs in the drawer, so they get points for thinking about the details, right? Comfortable bed, big TV, plenty of space in the drawers and closet. Stayed on the 5th floor, so I had a large sliding door to the balcony. it was nice to open and let some fresh ocean air in.
The Trolly stop is right across the st., so you can almost go anywhere.
The bathroom was spacious and very nice. The one thing that some very private folks might not like is that there are shutter type of closures that you can open to get some natural light from the large wall of window. These face the bed. They close tight to have some privacy, but just a heads up. The door to the bathroom are 2 larger roller doors. So if you are sharing a with someone, These details might be odd at times if you are in the restroom.
Classic Omni service. Of course I will be back.More
