We stayed in a "kid's suite" which is nothing more than a normal sized room with the second queen bed removed, a partition put around bunk beds and a desk with a TV and Playstation. The partitions weren't even floor to ceiling and there was no door! This made it impossible to have both televisions on at once as they were competing for sound. The only upside was for the kids - being able to borrow the playstation games from the ground floor shop free of charge.
As for the rest of the hoel, the pool area was nice, however we had to wait around for clean, dry towells to be refilled as they had all been used. The coin operated laundry was also fine, but more machines are needed as there always seemed to be a queue to use them at night.
The location was fine, with nice places to eat at the marina directly across the road. As we did not drive, it was fairly easy to get around by public transport, with bus stops near by to take you to Oldtown, and from there to the Zoo or Seaworld.More
