“April Fools Day!”
Reviewed April 6, 2011

Don't be a fool, do this tour! The best tour ever in San Diego! The 6 restaurants selected were just so unique! Hank the tour guide was so knowleable about the history of San Diego. Learned things I never knew about my town!
Super good food, adult beverages, walking... what more could a girl want? The weather was in the 80's!

“3 Hours of Eating, Drinking, Walking, Learning & Enjoyment at a low price”
Reviewed March 25, 2011

Had friends in from out of town and thought they would enjoy Gaslamp & Little Italy on foot with six stops along the way. They did and we did. Leisurely flat walk covering about a mile and a half spread out over 3 hours. 3 Stops had alcohol and 3 did not. At $39 it is a great deal! Eddie, our tour guide, is a vagabond comedian who has lived all over the world, has lots of great stories, is very funny and really knows his San Diego history. He passes it along in a very entertaining way and gets everyone having a good time.

“Great tour”

A great way to spend an afternoon. Nice bites everywhere. The food was good, the walk was easy and the information and history of San Diego was very interesting. Enjoyed and great ideas for restaurants for the rest of the weekend.

“Hidden San Diego Gem”
Reviewed February 27, 2011

Great walking tour to 6 restaurants in Downtown San Diego with a small taste in each. Walk of only 1.5 miles and lots of interesting historical info on the way. There are limited spaces so make early reservations, I had to wait three weeks before I could find a vacancy. A must do for all San Diego residents.

“Perfect afternoon in San Diego”
Reviewed January 15, 2011

Our guide Eddy was extremely experienced and well traveled (63 countries) and this is his favorite city and it showed in his enthusiasm during the tour. We went on a Saturday and it was typical SD weather...75 and sunny. The whole tour was well planned, timed great, and filled with history for the diverse crowd ranging from 21 to 55. I cannot say enough about the tour guide who was very personal and fun for the entire group. The small tour group of 15 was perfect because you end up meeting some great people. All in all great food, great history, great people, and a perfect evening for tourists and even locals.
