We happened upon the Brigantine by accident as the restaurant we wanted to eat at was totally booked. Late planning on our part was not a great idea.
The hostess at the Brigantine could not take a reservation but asked us to come and wait at the bar for a table. The wait turned out to be nonexistent as we were seated immediately.
Our waiter was attentive and the food was great. Only drawback was two tables of guests who felt that shouting was the acceptable way to communicate. This made our dinner chit-chat rather difficult.
