we went over on the Old Town trolley and so had perfect views of the area. Now, no toll on the bridge!

We stayed just over the end of the bridge at the Marriott on the Marina.

Some of the rooms have a view of the bridge which connects the Marina area with Coranado.

We went over to Coranado to visit the Del Coranado Hotel.

I do not consider the bridge an attraction. It is a path to Coronado Tidelands Park and the community of Coronado.
During the week you will have to deal with people going to work on the island.
The park is nice and sits next to the exit side of the bridge.
Coronado has some good places to eat and a very nice beach.
The Hotel Del is a historic landmark.
Don’T forget the bay side of the island.

There is no longer a toll fee so why not take the bridge to Coronado. The view are incredible but not for a queezy stomach.

The better views of the bridge are actually from the park on Coronado Island. You can really appreciate the engineering wonder.

.this bridge is very high the view is one if the best I ever see it's on the top of the world you can not stop on this bridge just drive slowly and take a view photos.
If you intend to come to San Diego don't miss this place after the bridge take a tour to beach .

This expanse is striking in its height as it towers above the water, its simple design courteously deferring to the amazing scenery.

If you like high places with an great view, this bridge is wonderful to use. They removed the tolls so you don't have to pay for going on the bridge. This bridge is between near downtown to the island that is across from downtown to the south.

Fantastic views of San Diego while driving across the Coronado bridge. From the road you can see the beautiful bay, Marina and downtown. Highly recommend the drive it! Once you come off the bridge there is also a great spot/park to take photos of the bridge from land. Must see for anyone visiting San Diego for a couple of days!
