“Average hotel, big price”

I spent 3 nights at the hotel. They charged a resort fee of 24 and the infamous parking fee when there is no other place to park, $34 a day. I had a garden view villa which overlooked the parking lot, not a garden. Lastly, 2 of the 3 nights no real coffee in the room for the morning only decaf. The grounds are nice. I hope to see if on the next visit the do better.

Beautiful property with excellent matching service. Amanda Briggs, manager, gave us the very best room we'd ever had in our life,over looking the bay. The bell man walked us over to our room with our odd and ends of luggage in his cart. Room service was detailed and efficient.We used their tennis & basketball courts(rackets and balls included), gym and spa facilities. Wonderful restaurant with the best fresh dinner rolls overlooking the bay.Had a late check out. Miguel Hernandez from security, went out of his way to locate my son's backpack left behind in the room and Fed Ex it to me immediately(saving me a 4+hrs drive). Thank you Hilton staff!

The location provides an opportunity for relaxation and fun. However, as of the now, the 2nd day has us buying work for the fire pit. I was surprised to find that after paying a premium for a room that has a fire pit facing the bay. I does not have a gas or stones. The restaurant has a nice variety of Austrian inspired choices; however, the breakfast buffet is simply not work the premium. The last time I tasked eggs like those served they came in a box and the bacon came out of a can.

Room Tip: don't pay a premium for a service that is not delivered. We had noisy upstairs and a crying bab...

Went to this hotel for some fun with my GF. From the second we arrived we felt at home with the staff and enjoyed every second of our little get away. Beautiful area with great views if the bay. Awesome outside bar with firepits, great for having cocktails before dinner and watching the sun go down.

We did not enjoy the stay at all. The room we checked in, the sheet had big black stain on it inside so we had to call the housekeeper to come up to the room to get new sheets. When the lady came up, she made up the bed but she was stepping on our shoes, flipping sheets here and there making way too much of dust in the air I couldn't stand. We switched over to different room but new room was located right next to elevator shaft and was making noise all night long. Not recommending this property to my friends and families.

My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary and the front desk staff was so awesome and offered a free upgrade to our accommodations from a standard room to a partial view of the bay. We ate at one of the restaurants on our first night and the pizza was delish!!! The concierge was very helping in finding local restaurants to eat at for our anniversary dinner. The gym was ok, but the workout is better out on the bay on the walking trail with all the exercise/workout stations. The property was kept clean and well lit. I did like that the computers and printers were free to use and print, a major plus!!! Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would definitely visit again!! Yes, we are a Hilton Honors family, and excellent customer service is the reason!

I called the hotel number, 619-276-4010, hoping to get in contact with someone at the San Diego hotel site, not an impersonal corporate agent who books for all the hotels. I wanted to ask someone working at the hotel questions they would personally know the answers to. I was so blessed to get in contact with Sarah C. in reservations!! She was FABULOUS, and patiently answered all of my questions in a kind, genuine, and knowledge fashion! She made my group vacation planning a painless breeze!!! I will ask for her EVERY TIME!
