“always a good choice”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 3, 2013

I have been here more times than I can count over my lifetime.

Best stuff:
Sea Lion show! see the day AND night show!(night is in summer only)
the wrist band meal plan is a bargain so do it if youre gonna be there all day
the rays!-feed them!

eh stuff:
-atlantis is fun but often breaks down
-roller coaster line is long right now,may not be worth it

in general youre supporting the animals(mostly, lol) its fun, interactive AND educational

great for warm weather but remember that also makes it busy

if you are in SD for sure try to do it

Can only do one park in SD? first rule out legoland(its cool but not "legendary") Zoo is more renowned but not as interactive and enjoyable for kids but they will see alot more variety of animals- your call-for little ones I may go seaworld if there isnt another one by you.

Tip: also great at christmas!!!

“shamu and soak zone”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 1, 2013

ok we have never been to a seaworld before this. the kids rides were fun for the kids. the animals were fun to see but not better than your average aquarium. the shows were amazing! my daughter talked me into sitting in the soak zone for one of the shows and we got soaked. food was expensive and not great but the same as any big tourist attraction. we went a week day in September and really no lines and felt uncrowded. and when we bought tickets I asked if there were any promotions and they gave me free kid each paying adult (October promotion but it was still September) so ask.

“Good for kids”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 1, 2013 via mobile

The kids loved it, great shows. Would be great to be able to bring your own food in for lunch. We paid $5 to park a smallish RV yet we are parked furtherst from the entrance, way too way accessible carparks for the overweight people, surely these folk need to be the furtherst away!

“Awesome day”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 1, 2013 via mobile

The kids loved our day at sea world, the shows were great as were the exhibitions. Our only complaint, its annoying not being able to bring snacks in for our kids (who havent yet warmed to american fast food), there are NO healthy food options in the park. Also annoying that the rv parking was furthest away from the entrance.
