Off to Buyer Market at Tupelo; last visit was 5 years ago and I always stay at the Holiday Inn there. What a wonderful surprise, remodeled and updated and non-smoking. I am a smoker that does not allow smoking in her house; so what a pleasant experience to not smell smoke in hallways. If you smoke like I do; give everyone a break and just step outside; you smoke less that way and often you meet a friend.

Stayed here for one night on business. Made a last minute reservation and got a nice room and deal. Be present for the happy hour from 5pm. A must do! GReat atmosphere, fun and nice staff. Breakfast is the standard Holiday Inn and the the pancakes are good.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way back home from a family vacation. We did not have a reservation, but I had researched price and ammenities online. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower had a wonderful, relaxing shower head. Our room overlooked the pool and there were several families with kids while we were there. Halls were noisy, but the rooms were quiet. This hotel provided free wi-fi and a hot breakfast buffet. The wi-fi was fast and easy to access. The breakfast selection was extensive. I especially enjoyed the biscuits with sausage gravy and the cinnamon rolls. The hotel was close to the Natchez Trace Parkway, Elvis tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping.

The room was clean - only one key was given- our reservation did include two names.
One bath towel and one wash cloth- really!
At 7:15am the breakfast room was a disaster. Tables were dirty, coffee was tepid, cream pitcher empty, most food not replenished - certainly not up to Holiday Inn standards.
We probably will not return here.
They need to pay attention to details!

room 122 Very clean and comfotable; great bed. Location great--way back from street.
This was a repeat stay and was a notch above last time which was very good.
The outstanding aspects were the genuine friendliness of all staff members, the
spacious, quiet setting of the lounge/breakfast room, and the manager's happy
hour in early evening (free beverages, snacks, & a hot dish).
In the way of info rather than critisism, do note that in the handicap accessible room
(due to no other room available) the shower area has essentially no
barrier to keep water from flooding much of the entire bath floor--problem solved with
a "towel dam".
