Used to be better, now service slow @ bar & food, even a simple beer takes 10-15 min. Only 4 people @ bar when I was in as I frequent oftenSeems to not be able to keep bar clean as people eat drink, a very nice bar to go to, go to keep up with email & messages!! Servers are high turnover as bar most people eat there!! When first open had great service, overall now A 2 star, seems not able to keep bar staff either!! Management needs to have barback to help Server if unable to keep cleaned!! A plus closes @ 10, as open below rooms, needs quite for sleeping Guest & it would be when Bar closed !!!

I ordered room service from Grata and the bruchetta w/ grilled shrimp was amazingly succulent. The service was very polite as well.

Friendly staff, great food in the comfort of the Holiday Inn Suites. If tired from traveling you don't have to hunt a place to eat as great grill is in Hotel

We ate here while staying overnight at the Holiday Inn in Tupelo. There were only a couple of other diners in the restaurant which is set in the hotel atrium. It appeared that there were at least 3 servers present. My husband's hamburger and fries were very good. I had a chicken salad on a croissant. The chicken salad was good (it was not mayo based) but who in the hell butters and grills a croissant. That was a little weird. At $24 for both meals and 1 beer - the pricing was not too bad. However, the service was very slow. Our server disappeared numerous times and only once checked to see if everything was okay. That was when my head was turning looking for her to refill my water.
