Without any doubt, this is a visit that anyone with any interest in the progression of the automobile would absolutely enjoy! There are enough vehicles under this roof to spend several hours looking over. Very easy to get to via Rt. 45, just moments off the exit. Super gift shop to also enjoy and take home some memories with you! It is also my understanding that there is some rotation of vehicles on the floor and various car shows throughout the year. For verification check their web site on occasion. I would go back here without any hesitation whatsoever and plan to do so in the future.

Stopped in Tupelo for one night while driving the Natchez Trace and was surprised to find a major automotive museum I had never heard of. And I have visited some of the best auto collections, both public and private, in the country. Excellent collection in Tupelo with some very rare older makes. Highly recommended.

This is not the largest car collection, but it is quite interesting. Some of the vehicles are quite rare! There is a small speaker at the front of each car. Press the button, and a recording tells about the vehicle. I do prefer to read such information, but for many people, the speaker would be a great way to learn about the cars.

While it is not possible to walk all the way around the cars, there is sufficient room between them to see quite well. There are long benches (church pews, really) strategically placed for guests who need to rest.

Due to time constraints, we only spent a couple of hours here, so we did not listen to all of the recordings, but we heard most of them. There are many vintage and reproduction gas and oil signs, which add to the experience. The gift shop is nice, and the front desk attendant was very pleasant. And the restroom was spotless!

Put it on the "to do" list if you enjoy old cars.
