We came up to Sofía by looking at Steakhouse's options close to Needham. It was Sofia's or Capital Grille and we did not want to fork a fortune when we were already doing that sending our daughter to Boston College. The choice was easy. The place was full of families eating which is a very good sign. The menu was appropriate in size with a daily special of appetizer, main course and dessert for $33.00. The wine list was a little bit pricey. We chose a daily special, and two entrees off the regular menu. The grilled swordfish and salmon were grilled to perfection. The sirloin with fries and jalapeño jelly hit the mark, but it was not as tender as an angus grade selection. Order some bearnaise sauce on the side and dunk the frittes. We were too full to enjoy dessert. We will return to attempt the prime rib which had finished. You can skip the espresso at $5.00 a demitasse. over all a nice meal.
