“Great lunch spot”
Reviewed August 19, 2014

We were walking around Beacon Hill and the Common looking for a lunch spot. I had heard of the Sevens (77 Charles St) years ago but never had gone there so we decided to try it. We ordered draft beers from the large selection on tap. The sandwiches were very good but the selection is typical pub food. The waiter was very cordial and the food was served quickly. Great for people watching and there is a real cross section coming through the door.

Good place to grab a quick lunch. They have a good beer selection and their rueben sandwich was amazing.

“Classic local”
Reviewed August 12, 2014

Great local pub. Darts in the back, jukebox available. Thanks to TV upgrades and the acceptance of credit cards, this place continues to pour one of Boston's best pints of Guinness. Food is predictable Boston pub food, do not expect gourmet, but it will do the trick when hunger strikes.

“Warm Local Pub”

On Charles Street, a few blocks from MGH. Good beer selection, creative pub fare plus old favorites created in a micro kitchen behind the bar.

“Popped in here a few times ”
Reviewed August 4, 2014 via mobile

We stayed in an apartment above the pub. A nice, small sports bar with a friendly, local crowd.

We watched a few world cup games here, including the first half of Spain - Netherlands. Good atmosphere, small, friendly pub.
