We stayed at the Harbourside four nights during the Head of the Charles Regatta, Oct 17-21, 2012. This hotel was awesome from the moment we got there to the last minute we left. The hotel is located near the wharf area of Boston, North end Financial district and was a 5 minute subway ride from the airport. We were literally located accross the street from Quincy Market and 5 minutes to Litle Italy. 2 Minutes from the Aquarium and the wharf. Could not have asked for a better location in Boston. Our room was huge. Very Quiet. Full amenities like fridge, safe, LCD TV, desk, chairs, large shower that could fit two and a stereo system that pumped music through built in speakers in the room and into the bathroom, controlled by a volume knob in the bathroom. King bed was extrememly comfortable and the pillows were the best we have ever had in a hotel room. The view of the hotel was the atrium (we requested this) and the room was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. If you want a quiet nights sleep, this is the way to go. A couple lights were out and the staff fixed them right away. Free coffee in the lobby also. When we departed, our flight was later in the evening and we left our bags there in lock up until we needed to get back to the airport after dinner. Overall all hotels in Boston can be pricey at given times during the year, but this hotel was excellent value. Would definitly stay again on our next trip to the Boston area. Thanks again Harbourside, it was an awesome experience!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: Atrium view for a quiet nights sleep for sure. That said, we were out late most nights and the street that the hotel is on is not that noisey anyways.......

We stayed at this hotel on two occasions during September and October and were very happy there. The situation is ideal for the ferries to Cape Cod and Salem and is also very handy for Alamo car hire who have their office a couples of blocks away. We had a city view room which we found to be the best option. Some if not all of the atrium rooms look out on to the lift corridor which means that the occupant(s) would have to keep the Venetian blind closed which could give off a somewhat claustrophobic effect. The hotel has no breakfast facility although it is a short walk to the Marriott Long Wharf where the "full American" is available or to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks where something lighter is can be got.The rooms are well appointed and have good TV and radio facilities. The price of 289 dollars plus tax seemed on the high side but comparison with other hotels in the vicinity proved it to be about average

The location could not be better, right next to a subway station and near Quincy's Market and the North End. Clean, large and comfortable room, very quiet. As an old-fashioned Englishman I do wish American hotels would provide bathtubs rather than these dreadful showers!

I found this hotel looking through my corporate travel booking tool and the combination of location and price made it appear to be a pretty good option for the one night I had in town. That said, it's location was perfect and the stylish, even trendy interior and room was a great change from the chain hotel I stayed in the night before. Good deal on parking made that part fairly reasonable and the downtown location was a great starting point for my walk to dinner, adventures to the North End and my run to the Charles River the next morning. I'm not sure I could bring a family through here, but it was a perfect stay for a one-night business traveler looking for a change of pace.

This was a really nice hotel - they were in the process of remodelling the lobby and restaurant while we were there. Stayed mid September and the room was huge, bed was comfortable and it had a great bathroom! The location is great - Freedom Trail and Fanueil Hall just a block away, great pubs and restaurants very close by. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
