Due to bad weather and an unexpected missed flight I needed to stay overnight to catch a flight the next day. I just called and grabbed the closest hotel to the airport. The staff gave me excellent service from upon checking in, to granting request for later checkout... I very much enjoyed the pub on location. I was in no mood to go back out to look for a place to eat. Super pleasant and good food. But honestly the food I ate at dinner was far superior than the breakfast I ate. But still was good. I also liked that there were many places to sit and hang out at hotel to kill time. The work out room was good too. My room was clean and very comfortable. Very fast elevators. Definitely would come back!

We made a reseervation to park at the Marriott, stay overnight, then be taken by shuttle to Boston Logan for our flight to St. Maarten. The room was clean, the wake up call came on time!, and the shuttle back and forth worked out great. The price was over $100 less than if we had driven in the morning of our flight and parked at the Airport! There was coffee available in the lobby and everyone was friendly. There was a restaurant on site - the menu was ok - nothing special, but my husband's Cobb Salad was good as was my New England Clam Chowder. We'll stay there again. (Oh, you also get credited your Marriott award points!) Give it a try.

We've stayed at this hotel for years whenever we have early morning flights out of Logan. Though the property is getting older the beds are still comfy and the staff very welcoming. This year we noticed a significant improvement in the restaurant's food quality as well. The restaurant's staff is wonderful too.

The shuttle service to and from Logan is well run, and the Park and Fly rate is far superior to parking at Logan.

For the price point this is a good choice. It may not be as fancy as the Logan Hyatt but it is far more affordable.

I reserved a room for the convenience of being at our airport flight early the next morning. After reading other Trip Advisor reviews, I expected mediocrity, even though it is a Marriott. I was pleasantly surprised by the traditional Marriott friendly and helpful staff.
A bonus to this reservation was the parking included in the room price, in a well lit, secure parking lot.
The shuttle was waiting for us early in the morning. After returning from our flight, another courtyard shuttle was coming by, and I hailed it for our ride back to the Courtyard Marriott.
The only minor issue was with the limited menu selection in the restaurant.
We will stay here again.

Have to stay at Courtyard for business. Have been many many times. There is an "odd" odor in hallways leading to rooms that smells very stagnant. I wake up with a headache and bloody nose after each stay regardless of time of year. (Could it be mold spores?) I have found room to be less than clean at times. Old blood stains on sheets, dirty socks under the top cover, stained towels, damp carpet.
A huge renovation to the pool area was just completed (from outdoor to indoor) and there is a very nice courtyard to enjoy when it's nice outside. Money would of been better spent on interior hotel renovation and improvements. Front desk staff doesn't seem very interested in customer service. Location is in commercial and industrial area, adjacent to highway.
No additional options for food except restaurant at hotel which has limited hours, Shuttle service is decent, airport has priority but will drop off a train to access downtown.
Overall, not very impressed. All I ask for is a clean comfortable room, pleasant staff and decent accommodations. This place falls short.

After a cancelled flight, finally at 3am, we ended up here. It is a clean, attractive property about 5 minutes from Logan. The shuttle runs often. The rooms are standard hotel rooms - not much to say either way. Clean, nice decor, gigantoid TV, coffee maker in the room, very mediocre water pressure and water saving shower head (hate 'em...).

The breakfast buffet was 2 star for being $20. Gratuity was included for quite mediocre service (forgot to bring the included coffee and a few other things, wasn't busy).

The WiFi is free! That brings them up a star...

If you are spending the night prior to a flight or forced to be here... its better than sitting in the terminal!

We recently installed a model shower head in one of our guest rooms to receive feedback for a while from guests using it prior to purchasing additional ones for the hotel rooms. The right shower head can make all the difference for a guest's shower!

With the change over of the new year, we are looking at the items that we include in our breakfast buffet as well as the price. In the coming year, you may see a change in the buffet price as well.

Stayed at the courtyard before flying out of Logan. For this purpose I can recommend the
Hotel. It is close to the Airport and we had to wait for the shuttle an average of only 10 minutes going there and coming back. I guess it is a little bit of luck depending what time you fly in and how busy they are. The hotel was clean and efficient. For our purpose convenient.
The place is a typical Courtyard. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming. First time in years that we were not upgraded or in any way acknowledged for our Marriott gold member status.
We had breakfast and lunch in the restaurant and it is typical hotel food nothing great but okay in a pinch.
We are thinking of trying the Embassy Suites the next time, hoping for a more hospitable staff.

Thank you for your feedback. I certainly wish you had a better experience here at the hotel during your stay with us. We are one of the largest Courtyards in the country and our staff's service is one of the biggest assets of our hotel; however, we clearly missed the mark during your last stay with us. I will be addressing this with our Front Office Manager as we will look to do some retraining courses to ensure that our Front Desk staff is hospital at all times. Our desk staff is the first and last impression that our guests have of our hotel and we want to make sure that its a positive one.

Unfortunately we only have five upgraded rooms available so we aren't always able to upgrade all of our Gold and Platinum guests; however, we certainly try our best to upgrade them or at least assign them based on their preferences accordingly.

I will be directing your comments regarding our breakfast to our Food & Beverage Director. With the change of the new year fast approaching, we will be examining the quality of our buffet and ways to improve that as well as possible ways to bring the price down. Our goal is to provide a quality breakfast for our guests at a reasonable cost for the product being provided.

I wish you most recent stay with us was a better one and I can assure you that your next stay will be as we make the necessary changes to ensure so!
