Tagged along on my husband's business trip and brought our 3 kids with us (ages 8, 6 & 6mos). The service was excellent, the food was excellent, we had a view of the harbor AND the city...it was so great! We can't wait to go back. We got an Executive Suite for $239 per night. It was a little on the small side, for 5 of us, but definitely perfect for business travel. The room was actually nicer in person than it was in the pictures on the internet. The kids and I were able to walk to the Aquarium and the Children's Museum (this was GREAT, we spent hours there!). The hotel is directly across from the World Trade Center in the Financial District so there weren't tons of restaurants or shops within walking distance. Concierge was very helpful. We loved the restaurant in the hotel (Aura) and the Tamo Bar & Lounge. Valet parking is great but costs a whopping $42 per day! A few mins drive to Faneuil Hall / Quincy Market which has tons of shops and eateries. We all agreed we definitely want to go back in the Spring when the weather warms up!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary.Location is just ok. Water view is a fish pier. We had a terrible encounter with security!! We were not offered any kind of customer satisfaction. The pool was freezing and there was no jacuzzi or hot tub. Not a very well run hotel. We stay in boston very often and learned a lot staying here. Would pay the extra to stay somewhere else!

Seaport service was OUTSTANDING! From the valet service to the nice man who brought the breakfast in bed. Everything was great! The front desk even got me flowers for my significant other with a 5 minute converstaion... they were great! Rooms were super clean and nice. We ordered room-service and it was perfect!!
Only downside is the hotel is away from downtown... but if your doing something in the seaport area.... you can't go wrong with the seaport.

Would go back in a heartbeat.

We made a last minute visit to the Seaport after deciding to take the kids to the aquarium for the day - we live only 30 minutes from Boston. The rate for a Friday night stay was far less expensive than other similar hotels. Check-in was a breeze and the room was ready at noon. We had dinner at Aura, their fancier restaurant, and had a wonderful experience. It happened to be their monthly "kids' night" where there were babysitters, art projects, and toys set up for the kids at the restaurant. Brilliant! Our son loved his meal - which was cleverly served in a Bento Box - and our adult dinner was only $30pp for a 3 course fixed price menu. Amazing. Our server, Ili, was a delight and wonderfully knowledgeable and patient. And I highly recommend room service for breakfast. Delicious, beautiful, efficient. We will make the Seaport a family Boston tradition. The staff clearly are proud of their hotel and care for its customers extremely well.

Our one night stay at the Seaport Hotel was a very pleasant experience. We chose the hotel or its location and indoor pool. We were pleasantly surprised with the added bonus of included tickets to the Childrens Museum located a few blocks from the hotel.

We took advantage of the valet service and found it to be well worth the cost. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful, especially when I left my coat in the car and they retrieved it from the garage for me!

The only negative of our stay was the temperature of the pool. We chose the hotel because it had an indoor pool as we were traveling with two small children. We only swam in the pool once because the water was too cool. The shower and changing room facilities however were very nice.

We used room service twice for dinner and breakfast and found it to be very nice although some of the selections were a bit overpriced.

All of the staff at the hotel were very nice and always helpful. Overall this was one of my most pleasant hotel stays and I would highly recommend it for anyone!

I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of Boston's Institute of Contemporary Art. But everything else about the hotel made us additionally happy I had happened on this hotel. The hotel amenities, service personnel and decor were super. Our room was comfortable and well furnished. Try the "pillow menu". I only found out about this as we prepared to leave the room for the last time--too bad! Bathroom was well appointed. Free wireless and super fitness club with steam room rounded out the amenities. We had a nice afternoon snack in the Tamo bar seated next to a warming fireplace. A short, 3 minute walk out the front door of the hotel right after noon took us to the Silver Line Metro station for our trip to Logan Airport. Took just 15 minutes to get to the American Airlines terminal, an easier trip than if one took the "T" and had to transfer to the airport shuttle bus. If you like walking instead of riding taxis or the "T", the pedestrian route into the downtown of Boston or to the North End for shopping, sightseeing or food is simple.
