Enjoyed a family wedding weekend, and the amenities were great. We parked under the hotel, very convenient. The location is in the midst of many restaurants, 5 steps from Boston Harbor, and various harbor cruise boats. Great night life. Hotel brunch is okay, would recommend venturing out to another location for more impressive food.

Stayed just one night but would go back any time. Beautiful room, helpful staff. Everyone was impressed with the "no tipping" policy but I think they make up for it in the included gratuities at the bar and room service ;) Oh, and valet parking... we normally would be self parkers but at check in when I said we would self park she said "ok, but remember where you park because it is the 2nd largest parking garage in the city" that made me think it would be a pain so we paid the extra $10 to valet. When I found out later it's just under the building and easy to access I was kicking myself.

Easy access to bus service the hotel offers to Faneuil Hall and a $7 taxi ride back. (bus service is only during week and ends at 7pm) Walked around Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market and decided on ))) for dinner. Hubby had Steamers and I had Lobster Tetrazzini .. yum! Lots of street performers and people out walking around. I was surprised how many people were out in the area (I guess because it was a Friday night?) We then went and had a beer at the Black Rose and hubby surprised me with carriage ride.

Back at hotel we stopped in Tamo bar and had a few drinks and the chocolate cake (to die for!) that the bartender recommended. Yep .. get it.

We splurged and ordered room service for breakfast and it was quick and hot and filling! Perfect way to start our day. Hotel held our luggage after check out so we could do more sight seeing. Concierge was happy to set us up with a tour and our car was ok to be parked until midnight of the day we checked out so there was nothing to have to worry about or move around.

Another reviewer mentioned the pillow library .. yep .. I saw that in the information too. Pretty extensive if you need or want a certain type of pillow. I thought the ones in the room were perfect. Kuerig coffee in room was a nice touch. Also had 2 comfy robes and an umbrella in the closet.

Once we finished our tour Saturday morning the bellman retrieved our bags quickly and car only took about 5 minutes for valet to bring up. We had perfect directions to the airport from the front desk and had time to spare when we arrived at the airport.

You are welcome to pay extra to upgrade to suite on end of hotel but our view was still lovely!

PS call for reservations early if you want to go to Legal Sea Food before 10 pm

Thank you for your recent visit and review. While we do have one of the largest garages in Boston, I am sorry to hear that you felt as though you needed to valet; I will certainly mention this to our team. While our suites do offer exceptional views, many of our guest rooms feature city and harbor views as well. I do hope if your travels bring you back to Boston, you will consider visiting again.

Kind regards,

I enjoyed this hotel. It was very comfortable and the people were all so kind. I was on a high floor; facing the airport. I never heard the airplanes flying over. Nice and quiet stay with very comfortable beds.

Very comfy, nice space, great bathroom. Excellent location - in front of the silver line and near by restaurants. No 24hrs room service, but the food was good. They gave a room for 2 people while I was alone, which made the room a bit crowded with 2 beds. Also there was a baby on the room next door, but that's not the hotel fault. It was July and lots of families stay there for vacation.

Everything was great! The hotel was in a great location. The whole facility seemed new and very modern. The staff was very courteous and helpful! Betty was extremely helpful at the concierge desk. I loved that they had bicycles to loan free of charge. What a great way to do the Freedom Trail!

The accommodation was very good; bed was very comfortable. room temperature could be regulated as weather in Boston was very unpredictable swinging from warm one minute to extremely cold, wet and windy. In- room service was nice and quick. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Food at the Tamo Restaurant was good and service relatively quick. All in all an enjoyable stay. i will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston and will definitely stay there again.

stayed for the weekend, aaa rate. parked under the building for $35/day . great location on the water. plenty of restaurants nearby. a seven eleven across street and dunkin. starbucks in hotel lobby. workout area huge and very well equipped...as good as any gym. lovely lap pool. breakfast always looked good, but we did not try. had cocktails at tamo that wer good ($14 each). annoying they add an 18% gratuity.....rooms were clean, new. loved the keurig and mini fridge. nice ice dispensers in wall in hallways. water pressure good. bed with frette linens very comfy. they have a pillow library if you want certain pillows. all the staff were VERY pleasant and helpful. we ran into no attitude. on the silver line of T....not the most convenient line....need many transfers usually. we took cabs and found them fairly priced and always available out front. glad we visited before this area becomes too popular and it will!

Room Tip: if you can spring for a king harbor view...do it

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though you appreciated many of our amenities which you touched on here. I would like to mention that while we do include a gratuity on the bill at TAMO, it can be altered either way; we ask that guests speak with a server or manager. Thank you for selecting Seaport for your Boston stay.
