I stayed at this hotel for a business conference. All of the personel were extremely friendly and very accomodating. The room was extremely clean and updated. As i walked through the hotel I noticed the entire hotel was very clean. Everything looked like the hotel just opened up last month. The food served for the banquets was some of the best I have ever had. I also enjoyed the lounge in the lobby.

nice hotel, felt new. the seaport is a bit out of boston central, though the tourist trolley buses do go through the area. room was large. charged $35 for 8 hours parking - rip off. buffett breakfast was pretty gourmet. pool area is great.

We were there for the Penny Arcade EXPO (PAX) and stayed for two nights. Every staff member we dealt with starting with the valet provided exceptional, friendly and efficient service. Very happy with our choice!

I was extremely impressed with the Seaport Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the seaport region of Boston. There is nothing negative I can say about our stay. We were in town for a conference at the BCEC and our group consisted of 2 adults and 5 teens. All staff members went out of their way to help us and absolutely no one made us feel like second class citizens because our group was not comprised of business travelers. I was especially impressed with the concierge and the Front Desk members for their exemplary "above and beyond" attitude and service.

This is my second stay (3 nights) here and the experience was wonderful. The hotel has three eating options; a fancy restaurant, a comfortable lounge or a quick bite at a cafe stand (add to that a gift shop with candy). It also has plenty of comfortable seating options in the lobby (comfortable stuffed chairs and couches - same in the lounge). The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable with fluffy pillows. The rooms have a refrigerator (came in handy). I'd be happy to stay here again. I attended a conference with around 4000 people and the hotel had many staff strategically placed around the meeting areas to give directions to anyone in need. They did an excellent job.

Third year staying at this hotel, will more than likely be the last. I was there on business. My company perfers to send a check to cover the cost of the room and tax, always a problem. Front desk staff wants to argue with you instead of finding a solution. ie looking in the correct place on the folio to find the deposit. None of the employees smile or greet the guest when they see them in the hall or lobby . But hey they got thier $169.00 per night and the $3.00 inclusive fee per night , so what do they care right?

I was booked at the Seaport Hotel thru my company for a Golf Expo. What a great location for the EXPO event...and what a great hotel. Short trip from the airport (took a cab but will take the SILVER LINE bus right to hotel next time...$2.00 bus compared to $24 cab)

Service at this resort was A1...top notch.

I would not hesitate to stay here...even by myself, I felt safe and no worries.
