“Breathtaking views”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 25, 2013

I lived in Boston years ago and never realized there was such a stunning view across the harbor! Views from the rooms or the outside terrace are stunning - especially as sun sets over the city. The location by itself makes this a good hotel - but the staff makes it great. Very friendly and it seems every one of them took the extra steps to deliver outstanding service. Just wish I had more than one night there!

Room Tip: upper floor overlooking harbor is great

Room was average, could have been a tad cleaner, staff was all great/professional. Dinner was very overpriced and unless you go into Boston you are forced to eat on site. I actually enjoyed the view of the airport, fun watching flights coming and and out. I never heard a sound from a plane even though they were taking off right in front of my window but heard everyone in the hall as if they were in my room. Overall, not bad..

Stayed for one night after a trip to Boston/New England to catch early morning flight. Great views of Boston from one side of the hotel, and the Airport from the other. The room was very spacious, and had everything I could have expected. Staff too were really very helpful throughout my stay. The only downside are the nearby eating options, the food in the restaurant downstairs is nice, but overpriced, one could also get a taxi/water taxi into Boston for some better food, but then you have to factor in taxi costs too. The rooms are well soundproofed for outside noise (I.e. no noise from the planes at the airport) but there is internal noise from other guests in the hallway and plumbing in other rooms which can be disturbing at some points. Having said that I would be more than happy to stay again if I was catching a flight (the free airport shuttle service is really excellent) but I think there are better places to stay for a traveller wanting to explore Boston. Thank you to the staff for making an early morning transatlantic flight a bit more bearable.

Room Tip: Try and get a good Boston view at the front of the hotel, although an airport view is good for watch...

Zen hotel, excellent location near airport with free shuttle. Water Taxi picked us up to go downtown Boston, very convenient and nice wateride for young toddlers. Staff extremely helpful. We forgot our daughter's favorite fluffy unicorn, sent an email, and received it by mail 1 week after! Will be back.

Nice location. A great view looking out over the Harbor. Good Food, Nice Room. The Subway is near a good way to get around town with an all day pass. Plenty to see. The Water Taxi is also good to use.

Two night stay, staff very friendly. Near airport with shuttle. Easy to get into city taking water taxi. Nice to have a nice place to eat and relax after a long day in the city. No pool or spa, which a pool would have been nice due to heat in early July. Would stay there if we go back to Boston. Food and drinks were presented nicely and service staff very polite. Room was nice and comfortable.

Room Tip: City view best.

This hotel was everything trip advisor said it would be. We had an excellent view of the harbor and even though we arrived after ten(when the restaurant closes) they still served us a delicious dinner. Amazing Boston brown bread! Th room was clean and well stocked with body lotion I will actually use. A plus is that it is literally right where you take a water taxi into the city. I would stay there again In a heart beat.
