The hotel is very clean, with a great view of Boston across the Harbor. As I've worked in hotels around the world for many years I've had exchanges with quite a few hotel staff, the staff at this hotel were, during our stay, one of the most cheerful and pleasant I have experienced anywhere! Not one exchange with any of the staff was not met without a smile and a pleasant greeting. As there were two other large events at the same time, there seemed to be something going on in every corner of the hotel, our last minute requests were met without any drama.
There is very little else around the hotel but the airport, so dining options other than the slightly pricey hotel restaurant require a trip elsewhere. The water taxis are right outside the door, $17 round trip solved that problem.

I had a harborside room with a a beautiful view of downtown Boston. Room was clean and standard Hyatt- Had dinner in the restaurant which was good as well as breakfast the next morning- Parking is expensive $34 p/day.

Only issue was noisy guests coming in at 10pm but besides that everything was good. Didn't try it myself but there was a water taxi station in front of the hotel that I was told would take you right into downtown Boston.

Fitness center is small with limited equipment but decent nevertheless.

Definitely recommend as a Boston airport destination!

Room Tip: Ask for a harbor facing room!

I would definitely stay here again!
Staff us friendly and outgoing, shuttle service was frequent and breakfast buffet was yummy.

The view of downtown Boston is amazing and very thankful for a city facing room.

Make sure you have a room with a view of the harbor. Absolutely incredible! The skyline of Boston constantly changes with the rising and setting sun, and the lights at night are beautiful. I didn't want to sleep 'cause I didn't want to miss anything. It was a good thing that I didn't mind the sleepless night. The mattress was awful. Just plain lumpy. Got up with a bad backache. But loved the view, both from the room and from the indoor/outdoor restaurant.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the harbor.

Stayed here in March for a business conference. Excellent location for travellers converging on Boston. Shuttle bus from the Airport brings you direct to the hotel. 30 Minutes landing you are in your room. The Hotel is a typical business hotel and is kept to a good standard. Service is excellent. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean,. You can take the water Taxi from the back of the Hotel across the bay into the down town area of Boston, Nice experience with great views of the Harbour and also practical.
Overall a good experience and would definitely use again.

Room Tip: Make sure to get a room with a Harbour view looking towards Boston. Otherwise you will be looking at the airport.
