room very clean, great view the bell man was super friendly and the shuttle service is very convenient, they even pick you up from the rental car lot! travel toothpaste in the room is a perk!
nice relaxing bar with view of harbor great way to spend the time before bed and after a long trip, can get a great price on priceline with this hotel most of the time

Room Tip: ask for city view

Hotel staff at this hotel is great, gym is adequate and breakfast buffet was delicious. The view of Boston is awesome from your room. The bed was comfy.

My only 2 complaints:
1) Bathroom needs a renovation. Not a big fan of old tile and shower curtains.
2) Sheets looked old. I don't like when sheets start looking a little yellow.

We stayed with my daughter and her family for only one overnight in Boston. Loved the location-easy access to city. The ferry was perfect. Views from hotel wonderful especially from breakfast room.

More than we usually pay for a hotel but well worth the cost!!

After a very warm welcome from Max at reception, i was very pleased with my large room on the 8th floor overlooking the airport. I was surprised however that it was $12.95 for 24 hours of internet access. In this day and age, it really should be free. It might be sound proof as far as outside it concerned, but you sure hear every loud heavy door shutting all night long, not to mention the toilet being flushed or the sower being turned on in the room next door. (bring ear plugs if you want a full night's sleep!) The shower really lets the room down too-it's the really old fashioned white plastic hand held type, i've had better showers in youth hostels frankly, it just didn't match the rest of the room and was a disappointment after a long flight.

That said, the hotel is modern inside and nicely furnished. They make the best use of their harborside view with the restaurant facing it. it's worth a trip downtown in the evening though-you can get across the water in 10 minutes for $17 return, and the last ones are at about 10pm. Walk no further than the Chart House restaurant once across the water-amazing clam chowder!

Overnight parking is way too expensive, room service is exorbitant, Internet is touchy, noisy AM housekeepers, no robe in room...but location is beautiful with water taxis to take you places. Surprisingly delicious grilled tofu (costly soy bean!) for room service dinner. Quite honestly, after being mandatory evacuated a week ago from our home because of hurricane sandy any hotel with ashower and bed is a major improvement.

Very nice hotel. A short shuttle ride from the airport. The view from the harbor side restaurant is lovely. You can catch the water taxi right outside the hotel to get into the city. Ticket for the water taxi is $17. round trip and can be purchased at the hotel. The restaurant has very good and varied menu. The servers were excellent.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the harbor side. Then you will have a beautiful view. Otherwise you will be lookin...

The hotel is good in general but I would not pay more than two benjis a night to stay here. Also THEY CHARGE A LOT FOR INTERNET which is ridiculous considering it costs them almost nothing.

The shuttle service is very good as others have noted. We were here for a wedding but stayed 3 nights. You could not hear the airplanes (or at least I couldn't). However, you can hear a lot of hallway traffic from people staying in the hotel. Whatever soundproofing they used to get rid of the plane noise was not used for the inside of the hotel.

Workout room adequate. Only one elliptical. Restaurant good, but again, overpriced for what you get. The shuttle will take you to the T station (for public transport). Or you can take a water taxi to get across the harbor.
